More Ohayocon

So it has become quite readily apparent that the cause of a great deal of the chaos here is related to the fact that con schedule seems to keep changing. If we're confused, I can't imagine how attendees must feel. There are even multiple versions of printed schedules circulating with no particularly distinguishing way to tell them apart. But truly, why you'd change schedules while an event like this is in progress is beyond me. It only serves to confuse everyone involved: attendees, guests, and staff.

But we're plodding through nonetheless...just more of that adaptation, I suppose.

Other thoughts...I've never really taken much part in too many con activities as an attendee as I generally go in a more social capacity. Interestingly, now that I've actually had a chance to meet and interact with these people, I find I'm feeling like I'm sort of missing out by not being able to atend their sessions. But then again, the staff perspective is a unique and entertaining experience of its own.
